Хромосом-опосредованный перенос генов — метод переноса одиночных хромосом в клетки млекопитающих, заключающийся в использовании кальцийфосфата для облегчения вхождения в клетки очищенных митотических хромосом. Реципиентные клетки инкорпорируют (включают) фрагменты данных хромосом в свою ДНК, которая претерпевает в связи с этим определенные перестройки. В ДНК реципиентных клеток предпочтительно интегрируют центромерные районы хромосом.
